There is a reason the most profound healing has traditionally happened in circles.
We arrive thinking our struggle is ours alone, particular to our circumstances, our history, our quiet private shame. And then someone else speaks. And the room exhales. Because what we thought was only ours turns out to be the most human thing in the room.
Group work doesn't dilute the experience. It deepens it. Your questions are answered, and you witness others get answers of their own. Both matter. Both shift you. Awareness deepens, the guidance lands in the body, and by the time the session closes, something has expanded - not just in one person, but collectively.
This is why I offer group work. Not as a lesser version of one to one, but as its own medicine entirely.
