I channel the space between where you are and where you want to be. The space that holds the limits, beliefs and doubts preventing the next chapter from revealing itself. I call this the medicine - the wisdom we have been avoiding, and the antidote to our stuckness.
When the medicine is acknowledged by you, the new chapter reveals itself fully. Colourful, detailed and alive. The medicine is the gateway. When resisted, we remain at the threshold.
This is for the person who understands that no one is coming to save them. Who is ready to take an honest look at their relationship to Self and hold it with grace. Who is willing to sit with what comes through and not turn away.

Group work doesn't dilute the experience. It deepens it. You receive your own reading, and you witness others receive theirs. Both matter. Both move you. The 'aha' moments multiply, the energy compounds, and by the time the session closes, something has shifted - not just in one person, but collectively.
This is why I offer group work. Not as a lesser version of one to one, but as its own medicine entirely.
